ABOUT TIED TO HOME
Family is truly so important to me.
I am a mother of three. Two of my children have hearing loss and wear bilateral cochlear implants. Once my children were diagnosed with hearing loss, I saw a need for apparel that represented families like ours. After all, we never hide their hearing devices, so why not wear them proudly on our shirts?
Since the beginning of our hearing journey, I have always wanted to help other families who are going through similar experiences. The initial diagnosis and subsequent cochlear implant journey can be a scary and isolating time. My hearing loss line of products are designed to help others have a sense of belonging and know that they aren't alone.
TYING IT IN
Home is where everything begins, and that's where my shop, Tied to Home, began as well. In early 2017, I set out to use my love of crafting and creating to bring joy to others and fill their homes with beautiful things. This started with hand-crafted wood signs and later led to t-shirts and apparel.
Every time I make a customer smile after receiving a Tied to Home package, see them shine and feel confident in my designs, or hear that my products brought a sense of peace to their homes, I feel a sense of true happiness and pride.
When my customers are happy, I am happy!
